A Texan in Berlin: Miles from Nowhere
I wrote this today.
The water was draining from the bathtub and I was just sitting there shivering staring up at the ceiling. There is this stain that starts at the top of the wall that runs all the way to the drain and it is yellow. I always stare at it and wonder how it got there because this apartment is so nice…

Hello. Today I have probably consumed by bodyweight in caffeine. Our site went down around 11 am or so and this makes us all nervous and jumpy and sad in the SoundCloud basement. You see because down in the basement is where the community team lives.

High ResolutionOn Friday I am getting on a plane to Berlin. Well…first I fly from San Diego to LA, then LA to London and finally London to Berlin. I don’t speak any German….I know no one and I technically do not have a place to stay yet.
